Yejin Ha is an Economic Affairs Officer in the Energy Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). Yejin works on supporting energy transition and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in member countries through power system interconnections. Current projects include the ASEAN Power Grid Advancement Program and capacity building for ASEAN regulators. Prior to joining the Energy Division, Yejin was with the Subregional Office for East and North-East Asia of ESCAP, focusing on power system interconnections in North-East Asia and served as the coordinator of the North-East Asia Power Interconnection and Cooperation Forum (NEARPIC).
