Featured Expert: Seleha Sara Lockwood

Seleha’s role at E3G is focused on leading the E3G’s programme on how public investment can be used transformationally to mobilise climate finance at scale, working with governments and financial institutions to drive real-world impact.
She will engage with a range of global stakeholders to affect systemic change including rebuilding political vision and accelerating high-potential initiatives for a climate-safe future for all.

With over 30 years of experience, she has built trust and collaboration across sectors—from pioneering participatory community development in action in the 1990s, to driving carbon finance to developing countries through programmatic approaches, to mobilizing over USD 1 billion in public and private finance for transformative renewable energy projects in LDCs and SIDS.
